From the dashboard, select the flight which contains evidence of a pilot deviation or noncompliance event. When you compose your letter, Pattern will include a 5-digit code for the recipient to view the data for this flight online.

Enter your message to the recipient. Letterhead, address, and your signature will be pre-filled to save you time. Below your message, Pattern will include the five-digit code for the recipient to view the relevant flight data.
